Jennifer Young is a senior principal on the Global Strategic Pursuits team within Google Cloud focused on global growth and generative AI initiatives. She previously led Global Strategic Partnerships efforts within Google Devices & Services. The Strategic Partnerships team is focused on Google's most complex and compelling global opportunities across the Devices & Services organization. Prior to Google, Jennifer led Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Société BIC (BB.PA). The team was tasked with growing the BIC platform through a blend of global corporate M&A, strategic partnerships and venture capital. Before BIC, Jennifer worked within Evercore's Investment Banking Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York where she provided buy-side / sell-side advisory and debt financing services to clients in the retail and consumer and consumer tech industries. Evercore (NYSE:EVR) is a leading independent advisor, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, private placements, and corporate strategy. Prior to business school, Jennifer worked in public capital markets as a Product Manager within J.P. Morgan Asset Management and traded foreign currency at FXCM / Deutsche Bank FX. Jennifer received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Managerial and Organizational Behavior and a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Boston University. She received a Forte Foundation merit-based scholarship upon admission to Chicago Booth and was a member of the Dean’s Student Admissions Council (awarded by application). Jennifer is also a graduate of Stuyvesant High School, a college preparatory science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) focused high school and one of nine specialized charter schools in New York City.
