In my practice, I advise clients on the intersection of strategy, M&A, transformation, and execution. I partner with leadership teams to address complex challenges driven by sector convergence, technological disruption, and shifting market dynamics. I also serve as a Global Client Service Partner and Senior Advisory Partner for major Canadian and global retail and consumer organizations. Over the course of my extensive professional services career, I have held Global and Canadian leadership roles, in addition to being a Vice Chair at Deloitte. As clients weathered global disruption and uncertainty, my impact has centered on business model transformation, growth and value creation, M&A, and enterprise resilience. In 2019, Global Consulting Magazine recognized me as a Global Leader in Consulting and in 2025 awarded Oxford University’s Global Women in Leadership scholarship. I am deeply committed to developing future leaders and advancing inclusive leadership, having designed and led global programs to elevate and accelerate diverse executive talent. My passion for driving impact through volunteerism and board work is demonstrated by empowering under-privileged immigrants in Canada through bursary and micro-loan programs; and by providing access to micro-finance opportunities for women in Central Asia. I sit on the Board of Trillium Health Partners, a leading health care provider in Canada which is transforming patient care in Canada, where I chair the Patient Quality Committee and Windmill Microlending’s Governance Committee. I am also an advisor to ZeroStone AI, an artificial intelligence advisory firm. I also serve as an Executive-in-Residence at University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. I am curious and I am an avid reader. My family is global and adventurous. I've lived in five countries and plan on living in five more! Jennifer's area of practice and specialization is to focus on strategy, M&A and value creation in the consumer and retail industry. She advises global and Canadian consumer and retail clients, and private equity clients with consumer portfolio companies. Jennifer also serves as a Global Client Service Partner and Senior Advisory Partner for major Canadian and global consumer clients, to help clients shape the future with confidence.
Teaching "Management Consulting in an Uncertain World" to second year MBA students. In addition, through my Executive In Residence role, I mentor MBA students, and are frequent guest speaker on topics such as management consulting, strategy and resilience, M&A.
As, Vice-Chair at Deloitte Canada, I joined a diverse group of esteemed partners focused on bringing the full power of our global capabilities to our clients and the communities we serve. I advised global clients in Consumer markets to pursue their aspirations for increased value and growth. This Vice-Chair role elevated the opportunity to drive value by connecting ideas in innovative ways, leveraging global relationships, and building and mobilizing strong teams – both in Deloitte and in our clients.
Led the pricing strategy, marketing strategy, value proposition, segmentation, channel and distribution strategy and product development strategy for the launch of the fastest go to market (90 days) product for Bell Internet Portable. Owned the financial management of the entire business – EBITA, sales targets and channel targets. In addition, led the development of the 100 day plan for Bell Internet’s privatization, and worked closely with the product teams to brand, market and develop the customer experience. Promoted within 1 year of launching the Bell Portable product line. (Currently rebranded to Bell Mobile Internet)
Led the launch of blockbuster titles for Universal Studios into the Canadian market. This included leading the marketing strategy, managing the title budget and conducting financial (ROI) analysis, managing the ad agency relationship and execution, developing market entry strategies through alliances and partnerships and assisting the sales channels with the marketing collateral and marketing programs to sell titles to key accounts.
