• Full cycle recruiting partner for teams including Merchandise Development, Licensing, Organized Play, Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Security and Facilities • Establish and maintain relationships with Hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership across the organization on recruitment strategies, selection process and best practices • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed • Follow up with Hiring Managers on pending candidates to maintain responsiveness and timeliness, and maintains communication with candidates as needed
