Enlivant Senior Living Position Summary – The Executive Director is responsible for assisting with the operations oversight at Enlivant communities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: •Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities •Provides training and support to all Enlivant team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents •Ensures a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community •Additional Duties as Assigned
later to be called Enlivant) Position Summary – The Residence Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts while working with the management team to build meaningful relationships with the assisted living community in the area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: •Evaluate, develop, and implement strategic marketing plans working directly with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing •Responsible for entry and maintenance of database management system/lead tracking •In partnership with team, plan, promote, and coordinate all community outreach and community events for seniors, their families and the professionals in the community •Maintain regular contact with leads and referral sources, meeting goals established in partnership with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing •Coordinate the customer service experience from first inquiry to move-in, ensuring highest quality of service for each resident and family member.
