I get many requests about roles I am not currently working on, and as much as I would love to respond to everyone - there are just not enough hours in the day! I am an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter who feels passionate about technology & positive candidate and employee experience - so I'm delighted to be part of MongoDB. I have 10+ years of experience recruiting top tech talent and have loved (mostly!) every moment of it! I hold an M.Sc. In European Employment studies and a B.Sc. In Sociology & French, both from Trinity College Dublin.       From April 2026 onwards - I no longer hold IC responsibilities (i.e carrying a req load), and am focussed purely on management responsibilities (x2 FTE & x4 Contractor Technical Recruiters). From Oct 2025 - April 2026 - I formally became became a Lead Recruiter, holding a Player-Coach role, managing x1 FTE Senior Technical Recruiter (including P&G) and up to x2 Contract Tech recruiters. I occupy a hybrid "Player-Coach" role, combining hands-on delivery with team management. My focus is two-fold: ensuring my team has the mentorship and resources they need to succeed, and personally carrying a req load of "difficult-to-fill" roles. Officially stepped into this role in October, but have been informally managing a team of contract Tech Recruiters since mid-June 2025.
