* Review, assess, and score calls or cases according to Centerfirst and client procedures, providing clinical expertise, focusing on accuracy, quality, and efficiency * Utilize clinical knowledge to identify Potential Adverse Events (PAE) and/or Product Quality Complaint (PQC) findings * Accurate documentation of monitoring results within a computer-based application * Take an active role in understanding client programs and quality monitoring goals * Effectively engage with colleagues, Program Manager, and Operations Management regarding best practices, opportunities, and performance
