One of the things I guess I should say about myself that I am good at is people. I'm a people person and I use that to my advantage when it comes to being a persuasive seller.
I cold called people in an attempt to sell tickets for a benefit concert to raise funds for the Firefighters Association.
I worked with Grassroots Campaigns on behalf of non profit organisations such as Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, Doctors Without Borders, and Lambda Legal to help raise awareness about these organisations and also to fund raise for them. I talked to people out in the city of New Orleans as a canvasser.
I called clients to try and sell them vacation packages around the country.
I worked front counter, taking customer orders and helping them cash out. I also made food and cleaned the restaurant.
