As a physician and consultant, my mission is to enrich conventional medicine with a more holistic and natural approach. I work in layers first addressing mind body medicine which is at the heart of our health, then looking at nutrition, exercise, herbal medicine, functional medicine.
Liminal Longevity named from the Latin root meaning the space between. The space between imbalance and vitality. Liminal Longevity is where we become. We are a radically novel medical practice addressing the latest technology to monitor health parameters and deliver functional root cause medicine, regenerative medicine and importantly community building. Community is medicine. In an increasingly disconnected world, we need face to face connection. We strive to build that at LIminal, providing a space where we can become more compassionate and present for each other.
My integrative consultation practice individualizes medicine to each unique person and situation. I strive to blend ancient wisdom with the latest medical science by addressing: Preventative, nutritional, botanical, mind-body, and lifestyle medicine to optimize health. I have found that at the center of our health is healing adversity and trauma so I focus on working with individual and group trauma models working somatically and using layered mind body skills to create a sense of inner safety that promotes self healing. I've also incorporated a very intentional Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy practice which can serve to expedite healing and create consolidation.
I oversee and serve as a mentor for current students enrolled in the Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research.
Serve as faculty working to help heal population-wide psychological trauma and stress using the world's largest, most effective evidence based program consisting of a variety of techniques drawn from the world's healing traditions as well as modern medicine. I have been humbled to work with communities affected by school shootings in Broward County, FL and Newtown, CT as well as communities affected by natural disasters in Puerto Rico and California wild fires as well as PTSD in our veterans.
