Jennifer specialises in Property and Real Estate transactions assisting developers, vendors and purchasers. Her practice concentrates on residential and commercial conveyancing, property development, strata title, land releases, stamp duty issues and compliance with FIRB requirements. Jennifer is also involved in the preparation and negotiation of off-the-plan contracts of sale and regularly advises interstate and international clients in relation to New South Wales, Queensland and Victorian real estate. She uses her strong communication skills, negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of property law to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients. She is dedicated to assisting clients to achieve their goals, minimise legal risk and maximise wealth in property transactions. Jennifer manages all aspects of property transactions and is regularly the preferred lawyer of estate agents, property companies and lenders.
Since joining Bannermans, I have worked in the Strata team undertaking the following work: 1. Advising on and drafting by-laws for owners corporations and individuals 2. Advising on and drafting documents in relation to strata subdivision 3. Advising on strata committee members, owners corporations and lot owners rights at strata meetings 4. Advising on strata disputes 5. Advising on and drafting adjudication applications and responses in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal 6. Advising an owners corporation on the transfer of intellectual property and drafting a deed to effect transfer 7. Attendance to registration of complex matters with Land Registry Services through an Electronic Lodgement Network Operator 8. Assisting owner corporations with objections to installation of low impact facilities on their land 9. Advising on collective sales, compulsory acquisitions and Part 10 Strata Renewal proceedings 10. Advising on the allocation of funds and set up for administrative and capital works funds
