I have a strong background in talent acquisition, having worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Partners Personnel and a Recruiting Coordinator at Trident Seafoods and Amazon. In these roles, I managed the full-cycle recruiting process, from posting requisitions, sourcing, screening candidates, to scheduling and conducting initial interviews. I’ve also collected feedback and results to communicate with candidates. I also improved the candidate experience by providing timely and constructive communication, improving processes and supported new hiring process. I am passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and leaving a positive impact on the organizations I work for. I have a BA in Human Development and Psychology from Washington State University, where I learned valuable skills in communication, research, and analysis.
