    SDL Language Translation & Content Management Acutest - Test consultant (Contract) July 2018 to date SDL – Language Translation SaaS Appian Multi Release Programme - Attended refinement meetings; provided feedback on User Story design flaws. Prepared test scripts against the requirements; used Given/When/Then scenarios. Executed tests. Identified and raised defects against failures. Ensured successful connectivity and data transferred correctly between Client UI and SDL Appian system. End to end tests simulated during SIT and UAT with the use of JSON xmls sent via Postman.     Managed, mentored and supported a team of eight offshore testers during the course of Agiliti – a multi release programme; delivering new functionality, SaaS, FSA and Compliance related banking systems to Fiserv clients. Coordinated risk based analysis; identified and agreed business process priorities, ensured critical functions were tested first. Conducted stake holder meetings; reported on progress, addressed issues, mitigated risks whilst considering dependencies and limitations. Held daily test team meetings; discussed progress, allocated work and resolved test concerns. Triaged defects; replicated faults, investigated data handshake between interfaces, often identified area of root cause prior to passing defect on to the Business Analyst/Developer. Produced regular progress reports to senior management during the testing phase, highlighted risks and issues. At the end of each test phase, issued Test Completion Report detailing recommendations before programme moved on to the next phase. Amongst the projects I test managed and delivered were:- Harrods Bank migration – High profile project with rigorous timeframes. Tested the migration of high net worth customers and their accounts on to the Fiserv client platform. Supported the client during live proving to ensure functionality continued to operate seamlessly, following migration. Stripe – providing clients with a payment gateway and merchant account services, enabling card payments to be processed via client business channels such as Digital and Contact Centre user interfaces. CASS (Current Account Switching Services) – enabling clients to instigate partial or full switch of customer current accounts; both in to and out of their FiServ banking platform. Verified the end to end business processes and ensured inward and outward messages were correctly generated for both new old bank.

      Managed UK and Off-shore testers during SIT and UAT phases of Core Banking software solutions for HSBC Universal Banking System (HUB) on iseries and web based platforms; working on multiple projects simultaneously. Ensured hand-off to internal and external interfaces was as expected. Quality Center (QC) was used for test case preparation, execution and reporting. Utilised AS400 Query for data interrogation and used MAS to simulate payments and messages.  Successfully managed testers to deliver a MultiCountry HUB instance to migrate four countries on to a single iseries platform, utilising the Waterfall methodology. Wrote test strategies and plans ensuring all requirements were traceable to test conditions and scenarios. Performed risk based analysis to identify test priorities. Ensured that each country continued to correctly integrate with interfaces, whilst still operating and reporting independently.     Conducted business analysis. Planned and executed software testing for end to end mortgage processing systems utilising the V Model testing methodology. SQL and XML Spy were used to modify data to be tested and DMINQ was used to identify appropriate data to be tested on the LINC mainframe. These projects included:-  Point of Sale Decisioning (PosD) web-based application utilising an automated decision engine on a .net client server linked to Experian Credit Score Agency. This enabled the faster processing of applications, thus increasing company revenue.  Auganiser; an online document management solution to eliminate the need for paper customer files. This reduced administrative costs, removed paper file storage and prevented data protection breaches; resulting in larger profit margins.
