At the beginning of my career i was working in Finance & accounting field. I began developing skills relevant to finance reporting and Financial planning when i worked as a finance analyst in an outsourching company. During my employment in OSS company, i had learned on financial services outsourching, ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP as well as involved in the transistion and also UAT for new implementation of systems on new Projects. I had expand my experience worked as a Finance Controller in an global business enviroment involve in information & communication (ICT industry). Currently i was working in Sales & marketing industry for Electronics and mobile products as a Finance and Budget Controller.
Joined as Budget Controller in Market Sensing team, in-charge of overseeing Marketing Communication System (MCS) department’s Marketing Development Funds (MDF), involving budget forecasting for projects and budget allocations. * Involved and succeeded in several company projects to improve retail visibility of dealers including ERP/POS system implementation, Store investigation and retail market survey. * Utilize company's ERP Systems and retail information to come up analysis and reporting, turn analysis into action plan as Business units required to aid sales to prioritize accounts to maximize sales. * Oversee and manage Department Budgets Planning for Business units such as Mobile Products Marketing team, Marketing, Retail , Sales, Online Business, B2B * Work closely with Product Marketing team, marketing team, Retail marketing and sales team from all division for budget planning. * To manage, compiling & coordinating & facilitating with Finance and all stakeholders of the MDF status by daily basis. * Monitor MDF team members on time submission of monthly claims into SAP for all Projects (Campaign, Plan Proposal, Execution Orders, Payment request and Sales Orders) * As Key person to liase with Finance, Procurement team, RHQ/HQ to align on the new Process or implementation of GERP systems (SAP) and Bidding & Quotation Management System (BQMS) * Coordinate with finance team for any budget issues, system submission issues and problem solving on unsettlement PRs * Coordinate with procurement team (BQMS) for any issues solving, BQMS issues and New process implementation in compliance of HQ guideline * As Key person to coordinate with HQ/RHQ project person on new process training , Testing and issue solving. * To asssist and support to MDF team members on the systems supports and also other related to daily Marketing activities.
