*Conducting research on global trends in offshore wind and marine energy, with a focus on both technical innovations and policy frameworks. *Preparing speaking points and presentation materials for renewable energy-related events and executive engagements. *Coordinating seminars and webinars that bring together stakeholders from the offshore wind supply chain and maritime engineering sectors, both locally and internationally. *Organizing educational initiatives such as seed trainer programs in collaboration with Dutch research institutes, featuring guest lectures from industry experts.
*Managing lecture schedules and planning for professors involved in offshore wind education and research. *Preparing presentation materials and slides for offshore wind energy-related topics. *Coordinating company visits and delegations to leading offshore wind firms and research institutes in Europe to foster global partnerships and knowledge exchange.
*Assisting the Minister of Science and Technology(now The National Science and Technology Council), Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Legislative Yuan by collecting and synthesizing research outcomes, developer updates, and expert recommendations related to offshore wind development. *Acting as a liaison between offshore wind farm developers and government agencies, facilitating effective communication and policy alignment. *Organizing international study visits for Taiwanese scholars to leading companies and research centers in wind energy, marine engineering, and underwater structures, aimed at supporting domestic industry advancement. *Managing research data related to offshore wind and marine energy, and coordinating international seminars to promote global knowledge exchange.
Project Coordinator – Low Carbon Energy Talent Development Program July 2012 – June 2013 *Completed comprehensive project reports for the Low Carbon Energy Technology High-End Talent Cultivation Program, supporting strategic planning and program evaluation. *Established a national database of renewable energy professionals to strengthen talent development and industry collaboration. *Led educational initiatives, including lectures on wind power and the LED industry, aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and workforce readiness. *Organized and led a renewable energy delegation to Penghu, Taiwan, facilitating regional engagement and promoting sustainable energy practices.
