Responsible for leading the Organisational Capability team to deliver strategic organisational development programs and initiatives relating to learning & development, engagement programs/events and workforce management. Key tasks include: * Lead, coach and mentor the Organisational Capability team to deliver on strategic objectives and goals. * Continue to embed and drive the organisation-wide capability framework to build capability at all levels across Council. * Manage the development and delivery of leadership development programs at all levels. * Lead the development and implementation of programs and processes that identify, support and develop talent capability across the organisation.

The Australian Property Institute (API) represents the interests of property professionals who undertake the full range of property valuations, plant and machinery valuers, property analysts and investment advisors, property fund and asset managers, property and facility managers, property lawyers, property researchers and academics. The key duties of my role include: * Manage and conduct Member annual CPD audit processes and communicate CPD compliance requirements. * Manage National CPD programs, training modules and professional development activities. * Assist with the development and co-ordination of national and local events and conferences. * Develop graduate and non-technical programs aimed at the future of property professionals.
I was the primary point of contact for employees and people managers to understand the J&J performance management framework, and learning and development opportunities. I provide direct "hands on support" to employees and managers in reviewing development plans, promoting the J&J training curriculum and deliver face-to-face training. * Using best practice principles to manage and provide specialist advice on end-to-end L&D processes including consultation, identification of training needs and development of solutions. * Design, deliver and deliver the onboarding process to support the effective integration of new employees through training and education. Liaise with external learning organistions and internal stakeholders to ensure a suitable standard of learning. * Responsible for creating multi-media, company-wide L&D communications and promotional materials including posters and newsletters. * Manage, support and champion local, regional and global talent development projects. * Generate adequate budget and monitor spending. * Prepare training reports and metrics on a regular basis. * Facilitate in-house training. * Facilitate team development sessions, including the use of psychometric assessments such as DiSC. HR Business Partnering - Effectively partner with the assigned stakeholders in building capability in operational HR skill including coaching, talent and organisational capability. Assist in resolving other employee related matters such as remunerations and benefits.
