- Manage potential business opportunities to proactively plan and early engage with Bid managers, Solution leads, Professional services and Managed services operational teams and Client managers on all HK and HK centric regional/global opportunities - Determine contractual and business operation compliance in master purchase/service agreement, subcontractor agreement and reseller/ alliance contracts. Negotiate with customer and vendor to exercise tight contract management control - Mobilize with Regional and Group Legal, Treasury, Tax, External and Internal Banking/ Leasing bodies to optimize our commercial offerings and minimize our contractual exposure through different transaction, billing models and negotiations with both external & internal clients, vendors and subcontractors - Review and compile financial and cash budgets by using Cognos with substantive analysis for regional budget review and presentation.
