Formulate and implement marketing communications strategies and programs to enhance the corporate image via different media channels. Support Business Division in organising product promotions, marketing campaigns for acquisition and retention. Maintain and develop regular publication and marketing collaterals. Organising client events.
Responsible for Branch Branding, to safe guard the branch image over 200 branches and to lead the Branch image revamp project in 2012 - 2013. Support Business Division to develop the ATL and BTL campaigns.
Develop and implement the yearly marketing plan in order to assist in achieving sales targets. Working closely with the International Marketing at US head office, to ensure the overall marketing/advertising strategy align with the global sales activities for all marketing programs. To organising and support investment and client appreciation events.
Responsible to SCB Branding Projects: Including SCB re-branding launch in Feb 2002, the ‘I believe’ Thematic Campaign in Oct 2002 and local incorporation campaign. Working closely with Singapore Regional Office to align Global Brand Image. Act as Gate Keeper for Hong Kong to ensure the Bank’s corporate identity and guideline are align with global standard. Organising event, such as Branch Opening and Marathon of Life (SCB Charity Event). Provide Marketing Communications support to Shared Distribution (Branch Banking) Department, Business Financial Services and Internet-banking
