Strategised framework, executed research and development of 6 craft projects and oversaw the implementation of foundation launch Initiated and managed project deliverables such as research publications, documentaries, exhibitions, catalogues, product innovations, live demonstrations, workshops, events, craft rejuvenation programmes and contents in support to marketing, press and started digital platforms (Instagram and wechat) Curated and produced the debut exhibition "Curious Wonders" at K11 ARTUS Gallery and collection management Created foundation archives, departmental guidelines, hiring, budgeting and formed legal entity for the s.88 NGO, negotiated contracts with external parties for new collaborations, patrons/collaborator relations e.t.c.
Manager of the contemporary art collection for Mr. Alan Lo, an avid art collector in Hong Kong. Job duties included research and purchase of artworks, database management, liaison with artists on commission works and coordination of loan requests with various organisations Researched and created press packs such as the M K Lau Collection (梅潔樓藏畫) on twentieth century Chinese brush and ink paintings Produced art exhibition "Intimate Encounters: An Exhibition of Handscrolls and Albums from the M K Lau Collection" in 2018, outreach promotions, managed and coordinated with different museum groups and artists on guided tours, programmes and social media
