As the first female FinTech founder and CEO in the Indonesian lending sector it took resilience and determination to be successful and be accepted by the industry, regulators and customers alike. I believe in creating a team culture that is curious, hungry for growth, continuously learning and optimizing, agile and driven by the same purpose which is to serve the customer. Thereby, building a product that answers the gap in need and leading to our speedy execution. Along the way, I have built a network of entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts, capital providers, corporates, and some government agencies which gave us the opportunity to contribute at the beginning of the CoViD pandemic by launching Lightup.id. We repurposed our KYC, Fraud and Disbursement systems and partnered with YCAB and Indika foundations, PLN (National Electricity), Tokopedia, Grab, OVO, Metro, Net. TV and many more to collect and distribute assistance in the form of electricity credit to the right recipient contactless. In 4 months, we helped 100,077 families to pay their electricity bills. Throughout the years, I also enjoy giving back through medical missions in remote areas, sponsoring vulnerable children, building schools / sustainability programs for orphanages and singing for fundraising.
