Financial Products Representative • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to define product business requirement • Identify opportunities and develop tools to for better user experience and internal process • Create bug and new feature software tickets for Operation Manager to review • Test development software tickets to ensure it passes acceptance criteria and expected results • Perform user acceptance tests and collaborate with team in result analysis • Create and manage product customer service and operational procedures • Assist with the operational needs of the platform pre and post-launch • Create and edit product FAQs and utility emails • Own daily SolarCity Solar Bonds investment platform operational needs • Prepare payment reconciliation and treasury wire requests to Tesla's Global Treasurer for approval • Review investor monthly statements and yearly 1099-INT forms for accuracy • Investor Services Support Product Manager/Development Support: • Product Manager support on key project initiatives which include gathering requirements, analyzing mock-up pages, quality assurance testing for bug/new features, contributing to product quality and better consumer experience for key new products: 1.
