Jenn & David, LLP (J&D) provides intensive, evidence-based, parent coaching as well as therapy (individual, family, couples) on Weekends, Weekdays and Evenings — in our office or in your own home. We utilize the latest in cognitive, mindfulness, behavioral, and motivational interventions. J&D provides results-focused interventions to accommodate your busy schedule. Our licensed therapists (Jenn Bernert, LMHC, MA; David Lim, LCSW, MSW, MBA) bring forth energy, expertise, empathy, and focus to help families/parents reach their goals through parent coaching. In addition, we help individuals get unstuck and move towards a more values-based, balanced, and positive approach to life. We do this through: ■Intensive, In-home, 4-6 Week Parent Coaching Program: Our coaching program teaches parents and kids cognitive and behavioral skills. These skills help parents motivate in compassionate, consistent and disciplined ways so that to kids will follow directions; improve relationships with siblings, teachers, and parents; improve efforts at school; make smart choices; and consistently engage in desired behaviors. ■Individual, Family, Couples and Group Therapy: Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT, REBT), Mindful Cognitive Attention (mindfulness, mindfulness CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Neurobiological education, we help you reach your goals and your potential; help you reduce anxiety and depression related suffering as well as other forms of mental health suffering, improve your focus, and help you get unstuck. ■Referral and Information Links, Mental Health Blogs, Recommendations, and Oommph!
