I have spent the last 20 years working in financial services across banking, insurance, and asset management in both functional and operational roles. Today, I am General Counsel and a member of the Executive Board of Natixis, where I have the privilege of working with regulators and policymakers around the world and of leading a truly remarkable global team of around 1,000 colleagues across legal, compliance, financial crime, regulatory affairs, technology risk, business continuity, and governance. What motivates me most is the very tangible impact finance can have on people’s lives and on our economies — whether it is helping young families buy their first home, supporting entrepreneurs, or financing major infrastructure projects. I strongly believe in the role of financial institutions and in the importance of smart, balanced regulation for business and to enable sustainable growth. I am particularly interested in the interaction between business and regulation, and in how well-calibrated frameworks can strengthen both resilience and growth. Before joining Natixis, I spent nine years at Allianz Trade, where I was fortunate to grow across disciplines — from legal and compliance to business leadership, to risk, and to finance. I held roles including Head of Legal & Compliance, leading a major group restructuring under Solvency II; General Manager of a global P&Lbusiness, where we transformed the operating model and moved from last to #1 in Net Promoter Score; and Global Head of Credit Risk Assessment, where I helped introduce AI and machine learning into credit risk models. These experiences shaped my belief that curiosity, collaboration, and innovation are essential to building sustainable performance. I am a Franco-British lawyer by background, qualified in Paris and as a Solicitor in England & Wales, and worked during seven years at Cleary Gottlieb in London and Paris during the global financial crisis — an intense and formative period. I have lived and worked in the UK, Belgium, France, and Spain, spent significant time in the US, and I deeply value diverse perspectives, people development, and inclusive, multicultural environments. Alongside my executive role, I also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Ostrum Asset Management, Natixis TradEx Solutions, and BPCE Equipment Solutions in the UK. I always enjoy connecting with people who care about bringing meaningful projects to life, and I am happy to discuss how Natixis and Groupe BPCE can support your ambitions.
