• Managed pre-production amplifier manufacturing, including component procurement, resource management, test and measurement, revenues totaling $750,000. • Designed and developed Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) and Raman pump modules, focused on customer requirements, both C-band and L-band. • Specified, characterized and implemented new optical components into new and existing amplifier designs and integrated key pump laser manufacturer into division.
