In my current role, I work closely with the executive team and sales leaders to build and innovate on our onboarding and on-going enablement programs for our growing GTM organization. In the past year, we've focused on rolling out and driving adoption of both a sales process and a sales methodology.
Leader of global enablement team enabling our GTM org on product, process and sales skills. Responsible for strategy, exec alignment, execution & facilitation of enablement programs, new hire onboarding programs, overseeing reports responsible for our governance and build of CMS & LMS, communications, GTM all hands calls, yearly kickoff, and communication plans and standardizations to our regional and BU enablement leaders.
First dedicated enablement resource to the Embedded business unit, responsible for creating an enablement plan and content from the ground up. Plan and established cadence includes: planning fiscal SKO & mid-year event for team, creating a scalable on-boarding program in Highspot Training & Coaching for all new hires, executing bi-weekly on-going enablement sessions, owning the quarterly enablement proposal plans, and working closely with sales leaders and PMM to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Enablement business partner to the Commercial business unit, focused on mid-market+ customers. Owner of organizational alignment and execution on both global and role-specific enablement programs. Worked closely with the VPs and sales leaders to drive awareness, adoption and retention of enablement efforts.
