About

I am a medical oncologist and translational researcher in the Breast and Gynecological Cancer Program (BGCP) at Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center. I care for patients with breast cancer, as well as run translational laboratory focused on improving outcomes for patients with breast cancer through use of advanced molecular diagnostics, particularly cell free DNA. My long term goal is to develop personalized, adaptive treatment paradigms using serially-obtained advanced molecular diagnostics such as liquid biopsy, to improve outcomes for patients with breast cancer. I lead the Precision Oncology initiative for the BGCP. I am also the liquid biopsy leader the Johns Hopkins Molecular Tumor Board and have a strong interest in identifying personalized, molecularly targeted therapies for oncology patients.
