I liaise with customers where I work closely with them to help resolve any issues quickly as well as with the planning and operation departments in order to track and service freight on time where we work to obtain required freight from our customer base. - Supervises a team of 8 CSR’s.
Conducted load planning, and coordinated plans for each trip taken by the drivers, as well as tracking freight/loads in transit and worked with the drivers to meet various service expectations. - Managed 2 dedicated fleets for 2 separate client accounts.
Oversaw day-to-day operations of an onsite dedicated account where I planed and tracked multiple shipments in transit and helped the drivers to better understand trip/route planning, time management and DOT required hours-of-service. - 2 direct reports. - Oversaw 60 driver employees.
Dispatched drivers, monitored freight in transit, worked closely with customer service department, assisted with driver payroll issues, worked with the drivers on understanding load assignments, proper logging and safety procedures. - Supervised 50 drivers.
Oversaw the recruiting, hiring, placement and supervision of all company drivers during an out-call at a customer’s location. - Managed a team of 60 drivers.
