Hi, I'm Jenessa, a Social Work undergraduate at Singapore University of Social Sciences. I am passionate about understanding people, communities and the systems that shape their experiences. Through past industry collaborations and project works, I have developed a strong interest in research, programme development and strategic planning to better understand social needs and create meaningful, sustainable impact. Driven by a people-centred mindset, I enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and exploring how thoughtful strategies and collaborative efforts can strengthen communities and improve social outcomes.
