I'm originally from Cupertino, California and moved across the pond to Dublin, Ireland in 2012. In Feb 2021, we relocated our family to Denmark and I am excited for our latest adventure.
Leading the Data Analytics arm focused on delivering actionable insights to our Operations, Commercial, Marketing & Group Strategy stakeholders. My team consists of User Research, Data Analytics Business Partnering, and Marketing Analytics. We transform data and insights into business outcomes.
Leading a team of analysts and data engineers serving the company with Power BI dashboards, self-serve analytics, revenue forecasting, campaign data, and strategic insights. The team owns the Data Warehouse and spans across reporting in finance, marketing, sales and product. In early 2024, following a restructure, the team formerly known as “Data & Insights” is now known as “Business Performance,” and reporting directly to the CEO.
As of Dec 2022, we merged the Business Intelligence team with the Insights team to form the Data & Insights Team. I am now leading a team of 7 (4 Insights Analysts and 3 Data Engineers) within our Customer Growth Organization. Analytics is at the heart of Capture One’s success, and we are focused on providing actionable & timely insights to drive smarter data-driven decisions across the business
- I led a team of 5 Insights Analysts who partner with our EMEAL Regional Enterprise, Mid-market and SMB Sales & Marketing teams to deliver strategic insights that help solve some of our customers' most challenging business problems - The Insights team leverages LinkedIn's unique data set to help companies explore, plan and execute on every aspect of their talent strategy - Other responsibilities include customer & CXO speaking engagements, sales enablement, hiring & building diverse teams, leading through change and team reorganisation, and leading coaching circles across all EMEAL teams (30+ analysts) - Project Highlight: Leading our global project to raise the bar for custom client support using JIRA & Salesforce data, and capacity planning to create a tiered support system; also drove the communications & rollout to internal and external stakeholders
- In mid-2016, began leading a team of 3 analysts who support our sales teams in the UK, DACH, France and the Nordics; extensive experience in interviewing, hiring, building and developing teams - (2018) Supported LinkedIn Talent Insights product launch internally and externally. Internally: developed training content, led data module for sales training; Externally: developed content for marketing, client events, conferences (Talent connect) and Sales Leader keynote speeches. Also presented at client events. - (2015/2016) Supporting Talent Solutions Enterprise Relationship Managers, Sales Leaders, and Marketing across Europe - I provide custom research and data analytics to help our biggest clients make data-driven branding and talent acquisition decisions - (2015/2016) Industry Reports Project: built SQL code, mock-ups, collected and implemented feedback from real customers at Talent Connect (client conference), and rolled out 4,400+ industry reports: these reports are used by clients to stay up-to-date on industry trends. We had 7K+ report views in the first month after release - (Mar 2017 - 2018) Maternity Leave Global Sales Kickoff Awards 2015 Club for Cross-functional Heroes 2015 Intelligent Risk Taker Award
- Supported Talent Solutions Regional Account Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa - over 100+ sales reps supported - Created two-pagers for various high demand talent pools, averaging over 1500+ views each to date on Slideshare - Partner with Marketing and PR to provide data and analysis used to form compelling narratives and infographics - Presented Middle East & North Africa migration analysis via Webcast to over 40 attendees; also prepared and presented EMEA 2014 Talent Trends survey results and recommendations via Webcast to over 135 attendees Global Sales Kickoff Awards 2014 "If there's no wind, row" Award
- Supported data center product managers with market research and querying of actuals, forecasts, and sales funnel SFDC data - Created and ran queries using SAP BusinessObjects (Desktop Intelligence) and manipulated data using Excel pivot tables and other tools - Presented semiannual macroeconomic and industry outlook formed from both qualitative and quantitative research to entire department including the VP of data center and enterprise networking - Modeled and analyzed product sales throughout its life-cycle and researched both trends and historic effects of complementary industries in Fibre Channel SAN
