Throughout my career, I have executed corporate conferences, meetings, incentives, trade shows, and experiential activations across numerous industries including tech, consumer goods, medical, telecommunications and most recently cloud security.
Lead the overall strategy and manage Zscaler’s annual flagship customer conferences in North America and EMEA as well as create the strategy and lead a team in executing five high profile industry trade shows while exceeding Key Performance Metrics and delivering exceptional results driving sales pipeline worldwide. •Lead cross-functional teams to develop, manage and execute all elements of externally facing events. • Responsible for total program design elements and onsite execution • Research and implement software to streamline processes for the registration platform, booking executive meetings and calendar management, which resulted in increased efficiencies. • Ensure consistency across all event branding, messaging and programs. • Plan strategic budgets and keeping expenses under budget projections. • Responsible for managing $15+ million budgets. • Develops strong cross-functional relationships to ensure involvement and input on event strategy from product management team.
