Jen began her career with Optimum Nutrition, Inc. ("ON") as a Food Chemist working within the R&D Team. After less than two years, Jen was promoted to Account Manager of International Distribution, where she played a key role in increasing the international growth for ON, along with the development and global launch of many new branded and private label products. After only three years, Jen was promoted to the position of Director of Administration, a multi-faceted position which included the management of numerous legal, contractual and operational matters, including the acquisition of American Body Building Products ("ABB") and the defense and prosecution of the company's intellectual property portfolio. Presently the Senior Director of International Legal Affairs and Intellecual Property for Glanbia Performance Nutrition ("GPN") (the parent company encompassing the ON, ABB, BSN, Isopure, Nutramino, think!, Amazing Grass, Body&Fit, SlimFast and LevlUp brands) - playing an integral role in sustaining the company's international growth initiatives, protection of its IP assets and long-term sustainability of its brands.
