I’m a commercial litigation and white-collar defense attorney who works with clients through high-stakes, often complex disputes. A big part of my practice involves helping individuals and companies navigate government investigations and enforcement matters, whether that’s responding to subpoenas, handling internal investigations, or managing parallel civil and criminal matters. Most of my work is in motions, discovery, and shaping case strategy. Before private practice, I clerked in the federal system, which shapes how I approach litigation today. At the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, I worked on a range of civil and criminal matters. I also clerked at the Department of Justice’s Board of Immigration Appeals, where I drafted decisions involving asylum, criminal removal grounds, and attorney misconduct, experience that gave me a strong sense of how cases are evaluated and decided. I’m currently based just outside D.C., in the Annapolis, Maryland area.
