Oversees 138 bed units 44 bed sub acute with high acuities 94 LTC. Provide Superior services and care to our Patient and outstanding fast pace work environment.
Oversees the communication of the nursing staff regularly communicating with physicians, nurse practioners, therapists and nurses regarding patient’s care. Responsible for 217 bed units 82 bed Sub-acute, 135 Long term residents. Plans, organizes, develops and directs overall operation of nursing services departments to ensure highest degree of patient care in accordance with all laws, regulations of the State of New Jersey. Provides superior service and care to our patients and an outstanding fast paced work environment Conducts quality insurance meetings quarterly, medical monthly meetings, daily meetings and monthly clinical reports. Works with Pharmacy to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and company policy and procedures as they pertain to controlled substances and legend drugs. Works with Nurse managers to assure a conductive assessment and evaluation of patient’s clinically prior to an acute transfer to the hospital Manages the CHF and Heart transplant program Excellent survey Track since 2011
Responsible for 152 patients CMA delegations, Managing in the staff Clinical reports, and Monthly Medical Meetings Weekly Service Plans, and the assessing and evaluation of patient’s clinical symptoms Survey Preparation and Excellent survey track
