The EMS also provides immediate health and social care for the 16 people living in the IEPA (Immeuble avec Encadrement pour Personnes Agées). La Villa Mandement houses 30 residents with age derogation (<65), suffering from psychiatric illnesses and with loss of autonomy. La Résidence La Plaine is a psycho-geriatric social health-care institution. The team cares for 92 residents. Since 2023, all three homes are under the same management. Three institutions, three different populations, one philosophy centred around the well-being and care of the residents.
