Les EMS du Mandement are 3 social-health-care institutions situated in Satigny and La Plaine. La Résidence Mandement cares for 45 retired residents. The EMS also provides immediate health and social care for the 16 people living in the IEPA (Immeuble avec Encadrement pour Personnes Agées). La Villa Mandement houses 30 residents with age derogation (<65), suffering from psychiatric illnesses and with loss of autonomy. La Résidence La Plaine is a psycho-geriatric social health-care institution. The team cares for 92 residents. Since 2023, all three homes are under the same management. Three institutions, three different populations, one philosophy centred around the well-being and care of the residents.
In charge of proposing and implementing strategy for logistics, purchasing and biotelevigilance at imad. imad is a 2300 strong company delivering homecare to over 16000 customers. The logistic department is in charge of: delivering goods, medical supplies and equipment in 70+ locations throughout the canton, managing the fleet of vehicles for 1700 health carers and ensuring the service delivery of biotelevigilance to 5000 customers. The department sits at the various crisis task force : heatwave, covid, D&R.
