Regional HR Business Partner for Infrastructure & Onsite Services EMEA My primary responsibility is to support management in HR related issues that drive business performance and to participate in defining country HR strategy and delivering organizational goals.
Operating as the HR representative for line management and as SPOC for HR support services with regard to the 'full scope' HR affairs in the Delhaize Belgium Head Office departments and Tom&Co banner. Objective: To coordinate and guide management in all HR related matters throughout the various stages of the employment process, from recruitment and onboarding over career planning and development until termination. To advise in its decisions, enabling the elaboration of an effective and efficient HR policy, in order to translate HR policy and strategy to the reality of the departments' activities and to have them experienced within these departments, to guarantee the correct application of the HR procedures and to contribute to the achievement of the department goals.
