I’m a serial entrepreneur and trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, with a proven track record of driving results across a broad spectrum of industries — including healthcare, blockchain, middle market companies, and technology. Currently, I’m a Co-Founder of Archimedes Venture Studio, where we partner with leading scientists and innovators from the Harvard, MIT, and Stanford communities to launch startups built around disruptive technologies. In parallel, I am Co-Founder and Managing Partner at WaveEdge Capital, an independent investment bank headquartered in Silicon Valley. Wearing this hat, I help CEOs as they build their businesses, think through alternative business strategies, raise capital, support corporate partnerships, and ultimately get sold. My background includes more than 25 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience, including over a decade at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in New York. I later founded Woodside Capital Partners, a Silicon Valley-based tech investment bank that was the predecessor to WaveEdge Capital. Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in macroeconomics, global markets, philosophy, and social issues including climate change.
