About

I’m a filmmaker, storyteller, and founder on a mission to help creators live with purpose and clarity. My journey started behind the camera - lighting, shooting and shaping stories that reveal what drives people to make. Over a decade working across documentary, branded content, podcasts and film (with tens of millions of views online) taught me that the story worth telling isn’t just what happens on screen - it’s how people make meaning from their lives and work. That insight led to Flowspire™ - a content studio and platform dedicated to authentic, reflective storytelling that supports creatives who feel isolated, overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next. Through films, interviews, newsletters and conversations, I help artists, founders and makers connect who they are with what they do — and build paths that feel truly their own. Flowspire™ is where my craft meets my curiosity: why some people thrive, why others stall, and what it takes to go from thinking to doing. Now I’m building Flow Atlas™ — a future-facing framework and resource ecosystem that structures the roadmap of human growth: tools, questions, maps and narratives that help people understand themselves, take agency over their development and create work that matters. Whether through film, frameworks or community, I’m aligned with one simple idea: clarity is actionable and action transforms lives. Specialties: Cinematography, Director of photography, Videographer, Camera operator, Canon, Blackmagic, Camera assistant, Owner operator, Videography, Portrait photography, Pet photography, Landscape photography, Music video, Interviews, Documentary, Video production, Music performance video, Video editor, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Audio engineer, Audio editing, Mixing, Voiceover, Soundscape.

Most people don’t feel lost. They feel slightly off. Life works on paper, but effort feels heavier than it should. Focus is fragile. Clarity comes and goes. This channel explores flow — the state where attention settles, effort feels clean, and you feel like yourself inside what you’re doing. Not as productivity. Not as motivation. Not as optimisation. But as something deeply human. For a long time, I thought something was wrong with me. I could function and work hard, but I couldn’t sustain alignment. So I started paying attention to the moments when life worked — when time disappeared and effort felt right. Those moments weren’t random. They had structure. This channel is a slow, honest attempt to understand that structure — and how to design life and work around how you actually function. Before you change your life, it helps to understand how you work.

Flowspire started as a film company, but it was never really about film. Film was simply the place where flow was easiest to see. Over years of working with creators, founders, athletes, teams, and with myself, I kept noticing the same pattern repeat. People could enter moments of deep focus and momentum — but very few could sustain it without burning out, stalling, or losing themselves in the process. What looked like talent or discipline on the surface was actually something more structural underneath. So alongside the work, I started mapping it. The conditions that allow flow to begin. The forces that keep it stable. The points where it breaks. And what recovery and integration actually require if flow is going to exist across a whole life — not just in bursts. That map is now called the Flow Atlas. The Flow Atlas isn’t a philosophy and it isn’t motivation. It’s a practical framework for understanding and sustaining human flow — in work, creativity, leadership, and life. Flowspire hasn’t stopped being a studio. We still make films. We still work with clients. We still care deeply about craft. What’s changed is that we’re finally naming the system behind the work. Flow Atlas is the framework. Flowspire is where it’s applied. Film is one of the languages. And everything we build from here — content, tools, films, diagnostics, programs — will sit on that foundation. If you’ve followed our work for a while, nothing here should feel surprising. It should feel inevitable.
