Responsible for a diverse, wonderful, and talented sales chemistry department in Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Netherland, Luxemburg and Belgium). This team includes a manager, an application specialist, 4 inside account managers and 12 field account managers. As sales manager I am driving, supporting and motivating this team; ensuring the development and implementation of tactical plans aligned with the Waters strategy to grow towards AOP and overachievement. I coach each of the team members in their current role and support their development in future career aspirations. I very much emphasize on team collaboration within and outside the department to share and increase knowledge and to maximize performance. Country leadership responsibility: part of the Central European (GE, SZ, BE and NL) leadership team -Leadership moving the Brussels Waters office to Antwerp and to make it modern, collaborative and exciting new work place.
