Responsible for all operational activities of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation: - Develops and monitors the annual operational budget and routine financial reports - Leads the development of strategic plans and implementation of Foundation priorities - Ensures the availability of appropriate information technology to maximize the operational efficiency of the Foundation and ensure the integrity of the data. - Directs operations and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. - Facilitates the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan to include annual giving, special events, major gifts and planned gifts. - Manages assigned staff in planning, coordinating and implementing thier fundraising programs and evaluates their individual performance.
Directs and oversees the day to day management of the financial services department, which is responsible for the financial results of the entire organization. Directs and coordinates the internal and external financial systems, reporting and planning for Children’s Hospital. Provides strategic direction on financial based scenario planning, expense control, budgeting forecasting, financial analysis and long- and short-term financial planning.
