Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership: Shaping Amrichi’s growth roadmap, from product development to market expansion across Asia. Partnership Building: Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure a reliable supply of world-class ingredients. Innovation & Quality Assurance: Overseeing the selection of high-quality ingredients, focusing on taste, consistency, and innovation in gelato, pastry, and gourmet applications. Brand Development: Positioning Amrichi as a trusted partner for businesses seeking both tradition and innovation in culinary excellence. Team & Culture: Leading by example, building a culture rooted in creativity, integrity, and customer focus. Through this role, I aim to bridge global ingredient innovation with local culinary passion, helping food creators unlock new possibilities while maintaining authenticity.
As a volunteer counsellor in the Singapore Prison Service, I had the meaningful opportunity to engage with inmates by sharing life experiences and offering guidance aimed at inspiring personal growth and positive transformation. Through open conversations and empathetic listening, I created a safe space for reflection, encouraging inmates to confront their past choices and envision a more hopeful future. My role involved not only imparting practical life skills and values but also building trust and resilience, helping them rediscover purpose and self-worth. This experience was both humbling and impactful, reinforcing my belief in second chances and the human capacity for change when met with genuine support and understanding.

As Co-Vice Chairman of Runninghour, a cooperative organization dedicated to promoting inclusive fitness activities for individuals with disabilities in Singapore, I had the privilege of playing a key leadership role in shaping a more compassionate and active community. My experience involved coordinating volunteers, engaging with beneficiaries, and developing initiatives that fostered not only physical well-being but also social inclusion. I worked closely with team members and stakeholders to organize regular running sessions and awareness events that empowered persons with special needs, from the visually impaired to individuals with intellectual disabilities, to participate confidently in mainstream sporting activities. This role deepened my understanding of accessibility challenges, strengthened my commitment to inclusive advocacy, and allowed me to witness the transformative power of sport in building connections across all abilities.
