In my current role as Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition, I lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists supporting the operations team in meeting hiring requirements. We manage recruitment across various industries, including health insurance, accounting, engineering, and logistics, covering roles such as customer service, data entry, and virtual/administrative support. We also handle hiring for internal roles within shared services and back-office functions. Our team delivers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. As the site lead, I am actively involved in intake discussions, aligning on role expectations with stakeholders and benchmarking compensation to ensure market competitiveness. I work closely with stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and support their day-to-day operational needs.
