A results-oriented business executive with extensive corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience. I have built teams and transformed several organisations during my career and delivered strong financial performance in the process. I am known as a firm but fair leader with a passion for developing others and have an innate understanding of how to attract, motivate and retain talents to form high performance teams. I have devised and implemented communications and change programs to support organisation restructuring and corporate repositioning. I have had a strong management track record across all levels of the corporate organisation, from managing front line employees to influencing top-level executives to drive organisational change. As a consultant, I have considerable experience in operational due diligence (DD), business process improvements and post-merger integration, and have supported numerous corporations across Asia Pacific with their Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions. I have developed a strong cross-cultural understanding of the workplace, having been relocated to several countries across Asia Pacific throughout my career. I am now seeking a role where I can draw upon my wide-ranging experience and combine it with my passion for developing people to build successful businesses.
