Manage internal stakeholder interactions and expectations as part of on hands-on project management. Conduct Production meetings to coordinate the daily efforts of cross functional teams. Drive Engineering development projects involving a high degree of cross functional and hands-on problem solving. Represent Manufacturing for all new product introductions (NPI releases). Represent the Production interest in all company revenue and sales meetings. Instrumental in the transfer of the CyberKnife production line to Madison, WI. Managed the development and created processes for manufacturing refurbished CyberKnife systems.
Managed the development and qualification of a process to modify failed Linear Accelerators and return them to service with more robust target assemblies. Estimated savings was over $800 Thousand in annual repair costs to the company.
Managed high reliability defense components and multifunction legacy products, totaling $8 Million in annual revenue. Managed $1 Million redesign effort to address obsolescence issues inside the calibration source for the B-2 bomber (Lockheed Martin). Partnered with senior management and regional sales teams to establish annual revenue and sales budgets. Provides monthly sales and revenue forecasts once budget was established. Managed the discontinuation of the YIG product line which resulted in an increase of $1 million in revenue as customers placed EoL buys.
Achieved 154% of revenue plan after the first year of assuming responsibility for Legacy products, including converters,YIGs, receivers and components (amplifiers, mixers, detectors, attenuators using thin film technology) Exceeded all revenue and profit budgets for assigned product lines while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality ratings. Generated $12 Million annual revenue by 2005. Renegotiated and managed depot level support contracts. Established and maintained customer owned bonded stock program, which customers funded over $1 Million to add in future repairs. Managed the discontinuation of several product lines that reached the end of their life cycle, including Voltage Controlled Oscillators, Receiver and Synthesizer product lines. Worked with our team in Lowell to transfer and qualify component products to our San Jose facility. Established pricing and negotiated termination charges for contracts that were cancelled due to government budget cuts.

Managed Quality Assurance Engineers and In-process Inspectors. Chairman of the Material Review Board (MRB) driving initiatives to reduce the number of MRB items. Reviewed and implemented all quality requirements for several mid level defense contracts. Created and delivered Contract Review Summaries, Qualification Test Procedures, Qualification Test Reports. Performed program audits, generated Inspection Instructions and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
