Senior Associate: Litigated Residential and Commercial Building Construction Defect cases, High End Multi-Million Dollar Beverly Hills Single Family Home Construction Defect Case, Business cases and provided General Counsel to Homeowners Associations. Prepared and argued numerous motions throughout southern California Superior Courts. Attended General Session and Executive Session Board of Directors meetings and advised Board of Directors regarding CC&R's violations and related matters.
Senior Associate: Litigated Condominium, High Rise Construction Defect, Business, Personal Injury cases and provided General Counsel to Homeowners Associations Board of Directors. Prepared and argued CC&R's Code Enforcement cases, Restraining Orders, Work Place Violence cases and related matters.
