Key Accomplishments: I expanded business reach in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries through strategic initiatives via iCoach – a SaaS solution for Sales personnel training. I also identified needs through the deployment of pulse surveys and assessments. Moreover, I actively guided the execution of training, mentoring, and communications with personnel. I also provided valuable feedback and insights to every team member to catalyze growth. Achievement: Recognized as a #1 SAAS Business Development and President’s Club Award winner.
Key Accomplishments: As the VP of Business Development, I oversaw 75 Healthcare Development Specialists and 5 Regional managers, all with a total budget of $250M. In addition, I streamlined the operations of the Strategic Alliance Group by leading and supporting the initiatives in the healthcare vertical within Adtalem Global Education Group. I also developed and implemented various marketing, business development, and public relations strategies to promote nursing and education programs. I also promoted the company’s interests by representing the organization at job fairs, graduations, and other events to recruit prospective students. Lastly, I analyzed and researched market trends within the healthcare and educational industries. Achievement: Negotiated and secured contracts with multiple corporations, organizations, VA hospitals, hospital groups (IDNs/GPOs), and community colleges to generate inquiries for recruiting students.
Key Accomplishments: I managed a sales staff of 33 Companion Animal Health Sales Professionals responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. I planned and executed sales cycles for diagnostic product lines within large reference laboratories, State diagnostic labs, and University laboratories. I also meticulously oversaw the management and marketing initiatives for business segments, including Companion Animal, Equine, Pork, Cattle, and Poultry. I devised establishing call points, including Veterinary Reference Labs, Veterinary Universities, and Veterinary Large Animal/Food Safety. Achievement: Managed a sales team that generated $23M in 2017 (company record).
