President of Boeing Middle East from March 2011-May 2015. Johnson was responsible for Boeing's growth and productivity objectives and initiatives across the Middle East region. Where he lead an enterprise team who developed strong Company-to-Country relationship and enduring global industrial partnership that lead to over $100B in sales orders. Johnson also led company-wide activities including government affairs and the development and implementation of the Boeing Middle East strategy, focused on new business and industrial partnership opportunities, corporate citizenship projects, expanding the Boeing presence and strengthening company relationships with customers and other stakeholders. He also pursues opportunities to leverage intellectual, industrial and financial capabilities that exist across the region. Johnson, was based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, reported to Marc Allen, president of Boeing International.
