I founded the M&A practice that evolved into WTA Partners, building on a 40-year career spent at the intersection of technology and strategic growth. Having served as a CEO, Managing Director, and President in both the UK and the US, I bring a principal’s perspective to every transaction. My work covers the mid-market technology space across most software sectors and IT services, with a specific focus on infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and security. To date, I have successfully led transactions and advisory projects across twelve countries, helping both private and public companies navigate complex exits and acquisitions. At WTA, I also lead our infrastructure activities, leveraging deep operational experience to ensure our clients achieve the most effective results in an increasingly consolidated market.
