Migration into Senior Leadership in the Global Corporate Services division of CBRE to ensure contract delivery for the Campus Region of the Convergys account, including the Corporate Headquarters, Atrium One; the three critical data centers; and the expanding Latin American and UK assignments. Leading a team of 10 Facility Managers, 2 Assistant Facilities Managers and an extensive team of Maintenance Technicians and Operating Engineers, contractual KPI’s were consistently achieved.
Returned to the Asset Services Division of CBRE to oversee and manage a large portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. Receivership and Bankruptcy experience led to the successful repositioning of several distressed assets. Special expertise with the nuances of retail tenants was critical to weathering the fragile economy.
