I am the trusted advisor to the CEOs of fast growth companies. I provide strategic and financial advice to the CEOs that I advise. I am very proud of the work that I performed for Achievers (formerly I Love Rewards) and their charismatic founder, Razor Suleman. I helped Razor take the business from almost a start up to his first rounds of financing (angel and series A VC). Recently VCs Grand Banks and Sequoia have made significant investments in the company as it continues to grow. I am the author of "Lessons from the Edge", a book which is a collection of stories by 50 entrepreneurs of their biggest mistakes in business and the lessons that they have learned. Until a few years ago, I was "Profit Magazine's" entrepreneur in residence and as such wrote a regular column on topics of interest to entrepreneurs.
