I served as a lead instructor for several of Galvanize's 6-month, full-time web development immersive programs. I helped build the original Ruby on Rails-based curriculum as well as the fullstack JavaScript-based curriculum. I helped scale the team from 1 instructor to 60+, and from 1 campus to 7. For a year and a half I directly managed all of the lead instructors.
