With over 20 years of broad and diverse experience in strategy within global markets, I have enabled growth by helping firms develop strategies and future road maps that are adaptable and implementable. I am also an Executive Fellow and Adjunct Professor at Strathmore University, where I teach and mentor executives and students in the areas of Strategy, Innovation and Leadership. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights on how to navigate the complex and dynamic business environment, and how to create value and impact for customers, stakeholders, and society. I serve as a board member in two Financial services subsidiary boards, and Chair of the board risk and compliance committee. I am also a sought-after keynote speaker and a thought leader on topics such as transformational leadership, business model innovation, future trends scenario planning, sustainable strategies, and social impact.
