Responsibilities: International air exports and imports, LCL Ocean exports, and LTL domestic shipping for a wide range of clients worldwide. Assist with problem resolution and provide rate quotes as requested. Arrange pick ups and deliveries with carriers. Secure ocean bookings with steamship lines. Billing, prepare and send out client invoice. Built excellent relationships with client base as their main contact and coordinate shipments from start to finish.
